As soon as you made the purchase, your account will get credited with the credit. While you submit a new press release for distribution, a credit is debited from your account. In case disqualification of your press release, the credit will be returned to your account for future use. You can resubmit the release by making changes in the content, thereby using the returned credit. Once purchased credit, it cannot be exchanged in cash or refund. Few credits do not perish, however "Agency Credits" expires with every billing cycle.
  3. Refund Policy
    While using HeraldKeeper's distribution service for your press releases, you accept that all payments are non-refundable and all payment duties are non-cancelable. HeraldKeeper.com follows a strict no-refund policy.
  4. Guidelines for Content Quality
    Before writing or submitting content for publishing, it is advised to understand the content quality guidelines. HeraldKeeper can approve/reject any submission without any notification.
  5. Removal of Press Release
    HeraldKeeper keeps the right to take down any press release at any point of time. If you wish to remove any press release for which you are not the owner, you can raise a request at [email protected].
  6. Approval of Press Release
    At HeraldKeeper, we do not assure instant approval of any submission. We may require up to 24 hours for reviewing and processing the submitted press release.
  7. Sharing Contact Information
    By using HeraldKeeper, you ensure that all the information and content published by you is factual and truthful. Also, with continue using our services you declare that your information and issuer's details are authentic and real. By continuing to use HeraldKeeper, you agree and thereby offer authorization to HeraldKeeper to share your information and issuer's details when the press release is incurred.

  9. Right to Use Releases
    By using services at HeraldKeeper.com, you allow HeraldKeeper and its partnered companies, contractors, suppliers, affiliates, and customers worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, and unlimited right to use, edit, monetize, sell, distribute, store, publish, and archive your press releases.
